What this pilot collects

Invoice Follow-Up Desk may collect contact details, business details, and redacted invoice export information supplied by a business owner or authorised representative.

What to remove before upload

During the pilot, please remove customer names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, bank details, and any sensitive notes unless they are genuinely required for the audit.

How information is used

Information supplied during the pilot is used to prepare an internal receivables action plan and to communicate with the requesting business. We do not contact your customers during the pilot.

What this service is not

Invoice Follow-Up Desk is not a debt collection agency, law firm, accounting firm, or financial adviser.
